Wefted hair is loose hair that has been hand sewn together to form a weft (Hand-Weft) or by machine (Machine Weft). Wefted hair is ideal for use with various application techniques including cold bonding, QuickStick and sew on weaving. Or when applying extensions with thermal bonding, simply trim from the weft end to give you bulk hair.

Original Extensions
‘Original’ was the very first grade of hair introduced by American Dream in 1980.This hair is subject to basic production processes and offers the greatest variety in styles, from straight to wavy and from loose to tight curls. Our Original Grade remains a top seller and comes in lengths from 10” up to 30”. Durability: Up to 3 months

Gold Extensions
Undergoing a unique conditioning treatment process for a stronger end result and more vibrant colours, American Dream’s Gold Grade is rigorous and can withstand more washes than Original. Durability: Up to 4 months

Platinum Extreme Extensions
Made from cuticle aligned raw Indian hair Platinum Extreme is reputed for incredible durability. Highly manageable, this hair does not matt or tangle easily and has become one of American Dream’s fastest selling grades. Durability: Up to 8 months

Thermofibre Extensions
Thermofibre™ is our synthetic alternative to Human Hair. Made from unique non shredding man-made fibre, Thermofibre is specially formulated coating for long lasting shine and can be styled with heated appliances up to 170°C. Unlike 100% Human Hair, Thermofibre can be dyed using normal hair dye. We recommend that you only dye our blonde shades but be aware that the colour will come out approximately 40-50% flatter than the shade shown on the box.  Durability:  Up to 3 months
