Returning goods to American Dream Extensions
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of
receipt for a refund. For an exchange, or for a credit note that is valid for 6 months, you
have 28 days from day of receipt to return goods. Refunds will be credited to your original
method of payment. Delivery costs are not refunded.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all hair extensions, wigs, ponytails and accessories
cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes all
un-tampered packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you
package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes as un-saleable items
cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
