We have spent decades building a trusted network of suppliers with whom we maintain open and honest relationships. We know exactly where our hair comes from. Our overseas factories only employ people aged over eighteen and ensure that they receive competitive salaries well above the minimum wage, along with good conditions, subsidised housing and holiday entitlement. The employment we provide serves to raise the bar locally and our factories also go to great lengths to support local communities in other ways.

We back up our promise with a no-quibbles returns policy that allows our customers to return unopened goods in its original packaging within 14 days and
receive an exchange or refund.
Faulty products: If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of goods received, please send it back to us in its original packaging with a covering letter explaining the fault and proof of purchase to.Please note: On some occasions the hair will need to be sent to our suppliers for testing. The results of the testing will take 6-8 weeks.
